Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our center, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
